As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help maintain and expand our customer relationships.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication, proactive follow-ups, and effective issue resolution. Your role will require close coordination with internal teams, accurate data logging, and a strong commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Follow-Ups:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and quotes.
- Respond promptly to emails and calls, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Proactively follow up on quotes within set timelines and maintain consistent follow-up schedules for high-priority opportunities.
- Build trust and relationships by asking thoughtful questions and addressing customer-specific needs.
Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth handling of customer needs.
- Track and resolve customer issues promptly, keeping everyone involved informed.
- Act as a connector between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely problem-solving.
Data Entry & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Track non-conformance issues and provide clear documentation of corrective actions.
- Be prepared to provide management with daily updates on your agenda and progress upon request.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with using tools and systems for communication, data entry, and task tracking.
- Experience in steel distribution, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and follow-through.
- Proficiency with general office technology and systems.
