Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Position Type: Locum Tenens (Travel Radiology Tech Contract)
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44195
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department and Surgery Area
• Contract Duration: 26 weeks
• Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday–Friday)
• Shift Hours: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (8-hour mid shift)
• Weekend Coverage: Possible as needed
• Start Date: September 29, 2025
• End Date: March 30, 2026
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2120–$2180 per week

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent X-Ray Technologist experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Experience with Siemens radiology equipment preferred
• Active ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
• Active BLS certification (AHA required)
• Permanent Ohio Radiology license (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Nicotine-free status (negative drug screen within 12 months of start)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Two supervisory references in radiology specialty (one from past 12 months, one from most recent assignment if applicable)
• Background check and fingerprinting required upon contract signing

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-Ray imaging for emergency and surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Operate Siemens and other radiology equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital protocols and healthcare regulations
• Participate in orientation and required assessments (ECG rhythm recognition, safeMedicate)
• Provide weekend coverage as needed
