Clinical Director - Mental Health

Join us at Beyond Healthcare as the Clinical Director where you'll oversee all operations at our Toledo site, which provides PHP, IOP and OP level of care for children and their families.
Schedule / Expectations: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position working on-site at our Toledo location.
Clinical Director Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations at site, ensuring consistent and organized operational flows
- Oversees all clinical programming within the facility, ensuring the highest quality of service
- Ensure adherence to agency clinical model and curriculum
- Monitor all agency census to ensure it's on track with budgeted goals
- Participate in clinical supervision to enhance skills and provide support to the team
- Adheres to all joint commission, state, local, and insurance regulatory guidelines
- Abide by Beyond Healthcare and regulatory professional code of ethics
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. EDUCATION: Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
2. EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience in progressively responsible management roles, preferred. Two (2) years of experience working with children & adolescents, preferred.
3. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Requires active independent licensure, in good standing. Ohio LISW or LPCC required.
4. KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE: Excellent written and oral skills. Current knowledge of mental health practices. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer services skills. CPR. First Aid, & Crisis Intervention Training
