Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, develop forecasting models, analyze business performance, and drive process improvements that support organizational growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Assist in the annual budgeting process, including the development of detailed revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast updates based on current business performance and market conditions.
• Support long-range financial planning and strategic initiatives.

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities, including new product launches, market expansions, pricing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform scenario analysis and provide recommendations based on financial outcomes.
• Analyze trends, variances, and operational drivers impacting financial performance.

Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Investigate variances to budget and forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to various levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and financial drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
