Job Description

This role ensures smooth coordination between customer requirements, production scheduling, and delivery commitments. Key responsibilities include receiving and updating customer information in an ERP to maintain accurate production scheduling, scheduling production activities within the ERP system, confirming timely and accurate outgoing shipments, and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, ensures inventory accuracy, and monitors production schedules to minimize overtime while meeting demand. Additionally, the role involves preparing and reviewing production overtime proposals to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of hands on experience scheduling production in an ERP (Not ERP Specific)

Need to be familiar with the KPIs they are using to track production schedule

Familiarity with compacity planning and Sequencing in production line

Experience managing production overtime proposals

Monitoring the production schedule to meet customer needs with minimal overtime Knowledge of QAD (ERP) is a plus

Experience in a JIT production environment

Prior automotive experience

Fluency in English, and Spanish
