JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in precision work and clean welds. You’ll be working primarily on stainless steel (16-gauge to 1/4”) in a professional fabrication environment.

️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components
• Set up and maintain welding equipment (torches, gas, fillers)
• Grind, polish, and finish welds to high aesthetic & sanitary standards
• Fit, align, and tack parts before final welds
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Ensure top-tier quality with minimal supervision
• Work toward ASME Section IX welding qualification
• Identify tubing sizes and fittings per specifications

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong manual TIG welding experience
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings/blueprints
• Experience welding stainless steel
• Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, high-quality welds

This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
