General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality venue in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience while driving team performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a diverse team across both front and back of house.

• Cultivate a positive, high-energy workplace culture that aligns with company values.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage financial performance including labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet or exceed targets.

• Drive guest satisfaction through engagement, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• Execute marketing and community initiatives to grow brand presence and local engagement.

• Work collaboratively with regional and executive leadership on strategic goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.

• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop strong teams.

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of key operational metrics.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
