In this role, you'll connect with businesses, understand their needs, and present our staffing solutions, playing a key part in our growth.

Inside Sales Representative Duties:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients (phone, email, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Present PrideStaff's value and schedule meetings
• Maintain sales activity records
• Collaborate internally to ensure client satisfaction

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

• Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and navigating online systems
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus (but not required!)
• Strong organization and time management
• CRM familiarity (bonus)
