Join Our Team as a Barista at Honey Bee Bakery!

Are you passionate about coffee and baked goods? Do you enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers? If so, Honey Bee Bakery in Medina, OH, is looking for talented and friendly baristas to join our team! We are located at 23 Public Square, Suite 1, Medina OH.

At Honey Bee Bakery, we pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee and delicious baked treats in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We're a locally loved spot where customers come to enjoy their favorite drinks, pastries, and a sense of community.

What You'll Do

As a barista at Honey Bee Bakery, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.

• Cash tips paid out every shift. (Tips are earned after training is completed)
• Assisting customers in choosing their perfect drink or pastry and providing exceptional service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and customer areas.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift!

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of barista experience or similar customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for coffee, baked goods, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service with every interaction.

• Tuesday and Wednesday shifts are 7:30am to 2:30pm. Thursday and Friday shifts are 7:30am to 12pm and 12pm to 4:30pm. Saturdays include 7:30am to 12pm, 9am to 2pm and 12pm to 4:30pm. Sunday shifts are 8:30 am to 1:30pm.
