Customer Support Representative (Contract to Hire)
Location : Columbus, OH (Hybrid )
Job Type : 6–12 month contract-to-hire
Pay: $19.00–$19.16/hour

Responsibilities

• Addressing incoming phone calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing support on cash management products, online services, and general financial inquiries.
• Contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Multi-tasking and adjusting quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 6 months–2 years of experience (internships count)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
