QuickPro Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Hand Assemblers for opportunities in Urbana, Ohio. This position is responsible for assembling packaging products, inspecting materials, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, working with their hands, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assemble cardboard, corrugated, plastic, and packaging components by hand
- Follow production schedules, work orders, and supervisor instructions
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Stack, label, bundle, and package completed products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Safely operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Assist with loading materials and moving finished products as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work overtime when needed
