Plant Maintenance Mechanic, HVAC and Electrical

What you'll do
- Repair and maintain heavy industrial machinery to maximize uptime.
- Use mechanical troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Install and repair commercial electrical systems safely and to standard.
- Track down electrical issues through structured troubleshooting.
- Install, service, and maintain HVAC equipment.
- Conduct machine safety inspections to protect people and assets.
- Service conveyors to keep product flowing efficiently.
- Team up with peers to improve safety and operational performance.

What you'll bring
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong mechanical diagnostics in industrial settings.
- Commercial electrical install/repair skill set.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)—required.
- HVAC install, service, and preventative maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of safety best practices and inspection protocols.
- Background working with conveyor systems.
- Detail focus, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work solo or with a team.
