Columbus, Ohio (hybrid)

16 Week Contrack Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and process a high-volume of complex Enrollment EDI questions and issues in a supportive, empowering and innovative manner, meeting and exceeding all SLA and KPI expectations
• Continue to improve the Enrollment EDI processes including Education, Set-up, Testing and Auditing to ensure a world class experience for all stakeholders
• Facilitate video calls with external stakeholders to address issues and set external partners up for success
• Audit and review enrollment les to identify discrepancies; resolve discrepancies as eciently as possible
• Work closely with other departments (Partnerships and Product Support) to resolve enrollment EDI issues and Reconciliation concerns.
• Identify trends in knowledge gaps and elevate to leadership to provide additional education or content to support the team
• Identify, initiate, and execute projects designed to drive eciencies and stakeholder satisfaction
• Provide accurate, relevant, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in EDI support (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in an operations or analytics-focused role
• Experience and understanding of CSV and 834 le formats (preferred, not required)
• Experience in health insurance is highly preferred
• Experience with data entry and reconciliation
• Experience in external client-facing roles
• Highly motivated, driven to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated track record of completing large amounts of important work
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in verbal and written communications
• Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing individual and team goals
• Works well in a team-centered environment as well as the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
