Our financial services client is seeking a UX Researcher to work a 3-month role with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH 5 days/week (40 hrs/week).

As an Experience Research Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across our products and services. Leveraging advanced proficiency in research methods, analysis, and both quantitative and qualitative techniques, identify customer needs and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations. You will act as a core contributor to aid in developing research studies that answer user needs./Your work will directly impact the design, architecture, and functionality of our offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to discussions on design and research, and leading the decision on which methods best suit key design questions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives that inform critical decisions for current and future products.
• Will work closely with cross-product teams to identify research topics that inform business decisions and use best practices in user research to support the entire product design cycle.
• They will design and execute exploratory field studies with users and subject-matter experts.
• They will plan, recruit for, and conduct usability analyses in our state-of-the-art usability lab, in the field, or using remote tools.
• Will collaborate closely with designers, technologists, and product managers and deliver persuasive and compelling findings to executive stakeholders.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
