Benefits and Compensation

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. You’ll earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and focus on teaching.
• We handle logistics—you invoice for sessions and we process payments.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Corporate Finance with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to candidates with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.
