You’ll act as a trusted operational partner, helping to resolve issues, streamline processes, support data-driven decisions, and enhance the tools and documentation that keep Talent Acquisition running smoothly. salary: $46.02 - $46.03 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line and escalation resource for operational questions from recruiters and TA leaders.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Workday Recruiting, candidate movement, start dates, assessments, and rehire eligibility.
• Analyze root causes, document findings, and recommend improvements.
• Support TA operations with data requests, documentation, and preparation of executive-ready materials.
• Maintain and enhance SOPs, workflows, job aids, and other internal documentation.
• Assist with Workday Recruiting enhancement requests, backlog coordination, and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to cross-functional project work, ensuring clear tracking, coordination, and follow‑through.
