Utility Worker

We are a global leader in the production of complex strip and wire parts and assemblies, seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our manufacturing operations in Holland, Ohio. As a Utility Worker, you will play a vital role in our production processes while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembly or packaging tasks within a cell environment.
• Provide shipping support, including packing parts and generating labels.
• Maintain cleanliness in production areas through routine custodial work, including sweeping and trash removal.
• Utilize company vehicles for various pick-up and drop-off tasks.
• Load, unload, or transport materials across the plant or work site.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing oil.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with 5s principles is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack is preferred.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and bend for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Benefits

This is a union position for our day shift - Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This position pays $18.05/hr plus the chance to make an additional 8% weekly incentive & 3% attendance incentive each week bringing the pay to $20.04/hr.
