Recruiter / Account Manager – Light Industrial Staffing

Accurate Staffing - Akron, OH
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
$17–$18/hour (based on experience) PLUS BONUS'

We’re a well-established, respected light industrial staffing agency looking for a driven Recruiter/Account Manager to join our growing office. This role is a full-cycle recruiting desk — you’ll build client relationships, fill job orders, and help local talent find the right fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactively sell our staffing services to local businesses and manage ongoing accounts
• Recruit, interview, and place candidates into light industrial and warehouse roles
• Manage multiple job orders and priorities with strong time management skills
• Ensure an excellent experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with leadership to drive new business growth and expand our footprint

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience strongly preferred)
• Outgoing, dynamic personality — you’re confident on the phone and enjoy connecting with people
• Excellent time management , organization , and adaptability
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a busy office setting
• Strong attendance record and a genuine desire to learn and grow
• A positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
