Valley Ford of Columbus is seeking a results-driven Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our growing commercial sales team. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, coach your team to exceed goals, and build strong relationships with business and fleet customers.

Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Develop strategic sales plans and manage key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions

Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years in commercial or fleet vehicle sales
• Proven success meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager Compensation:
$80,000–$150,000 (base + bonuses)
