- Certificate in HVAC, Plumbing, Electric or property-related maintenance required.
- Train assigned personnel in the proper techniques of maintenance service and use
- Repair equipment as needed
- Perform property maintenance, including patching, painting, flooring
- Maintaining apartments with required repairs
