Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure
Compensation is based on a tiered collections model , allowing earnings to scale directly with productivity. This model is supported by strong reimbursement rates and consistently high collections.

First-Year Income Guarantee
To ensure a confident and stable transition, the practice offers a $33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year while credentialing, referrals, and payor alignment are completed—or the tiered collections payout, whichever is greater. After year one, compensation transitions fully to the collections-based model.

Debt Assistance Program
To help offset student loan obligations during ramp-up, the practice provides $2,000 per month for the first year .

Relocation Assistance
Relocation support is available and negotiable .

Continuing Education Support
A $2,500 annual CE allowance is provided to support advanced clinical training, conferences, and travel.
