Security Canine Officer

Job Summary:

As the Security Canine Officer, you will manage the ProMedica Security Canine as you maintain security of ProMedica properties to ensure the safety of employees, patients and visitors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's degree in security or a related field or 2 years experience in security

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record as demonstrated by an MVR (motor vehicle record) in order to be covered under the Company's insurance policy

• Basic Security Officer Certification through IAHSS

• Must successfully complete Canine Handler training through a program identified by ProMedica and maintains certification as required
