Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher (Full-Time)-Ages: 6 weeks–3 years (Based on enrollment)
What We’re Looking For:

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
• 1+ year Lead Teacher experience in an infant or toddler classroom (required)
• Strong knowledge of child development and milestone tracking
• Confident classroom organization, communication, and planning skills
• Familiarity with Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Plan and implement sensory-rich and age-appropriate activities
• Track and document developmental milestones and communicate daily with families
• Support smooth daily routines (feeding, diapering/toileting, naps)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging learning environment

Part-Time Floater

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn — we’ll train the right person
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Willingness to obtain a CDA within 6 months (company support provided)

What You’ll Do:

• Support Lead Teachers in multiple classrooms across different age groups
• Help with daily routines such as diapering/toileting, handwashing, and transitions
• Keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Follow center policies and licensing regulations
