Job Description:

At 5B's, we're one of the largest custom apparel decorators in the U.S.---and we're growing! Join our production team and help bring custom-branded apparel to life using our high-tech Tajima embroidery machines. If you're dependable, detail-focused, and ready to learn, we'll train you for success and recognize your effort every step of the way.

Your Role in the Hive: What You'll Do

Set up and operate computerized embroidery machines (Tajima)

Follow detailed work orders to ensure accurate logo placement and color matching

Stitch designs onto a variety of garments: hats, shirts, jackets, backpacks, beanies, and more

Monitor quality throughout each run and troubleshoot minor issues as needed

Keep activity logs and maintain a clean, organized work area

Work efficiently to meet production goals without sacrificing quality

What It Takes to Succeed:

Reliability and dependability -- we rely on you to keep things moving

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong hand-eye coordination (threading needles, handling garments)

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and reach throughout the shift

Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic math and measurement skills (rulers, placement guides, etc.)

Ability to stay focused and productive at a quick pace

Mechanical skills are a plus, but not required---we'll train you!
