Role OverviewAs a residential HVAC expert, you’ll be the face of AHHS in the field—delivering accurate diagnostics, reliable repairs, and clear communication that earns customer confidence and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional service experience through efficient, accurate work and effective communication
- Perform maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs on: traditional forced-air systems; steam and hot-water systems; oil units; high-velocity; geothermal; ductless; and related residential equipment
- Apply specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues
- Manage required truck stock so you can complete flat-rate repairs on-site
- Educate customers on enhancements to comfort, air & water quality, efficiency, and safety
- Assist with developing junior service technicians through coaching and example
- Adhere to AHHS service department systems and administrative procedures
- Utilize Service Titan platform
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC best practices and applicable building codes
- Proficient in the full scope of HVAC functions
- Valid driver’s license
- Work variety across classic and advanced residential systems
