Join Our Plant Operations Team in Kenton, OH

We’re hiring for immediate placement in Kenton, OH. Step into a modern production environment where you can build skills in packaging, machine operation, and forklift/material handling—all on a consistent schedule that averages about 14 working days per month.

What a day could look like

You clock in on 1st or 3rd shift for a 12-hour rotation, check your station, and get moving:

• Packaging Associate — $19.45/hr (No experience required; we will train)
  • Load and pack finished goods for shipment
  • Verify quality as you package
  • Move product between work areas
• Machine Operator — $22.75/hr (1–2 years experience)
  • Set, control, and adjust machine parameters
  • Run periodic tests and quality checks
  • Inspect parts throughout the shift
  • Feed raw materials into equipment
• Forklift Operator — $20.75/hr (1–2 years experience)
  • Operate forklifts safely and consistently
  • Load, unload, move, and stack materials
  • Follow site safety rules and protocols

Your schedule

• 1st and 3rd shifts available
• 12-hour shifts
• Average ~14 days/month on the floor

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for a full 12-hour shift
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to train on both day and night 12-hour shifts for 2–6 weeks
• Must be fluent in English (reading and writing) for the safe and effective performance of job duties
