Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17.50 - $17.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Warranty Inspector:

• Provides administrative support to the Warranty Manager with the goal of providing excellent customer service
• Receives phone calls and emails related to homeowner requests for service or general inquiries
• Forwards phone calls and emails to the Customer Service Manager for review, response, and consideration
• Prepares various documents and consolidates items in preparation for scheduled walk through dates
• Under guidance of the Customer Service Manager, may provide support to schedule warranty service calls with homeowners
• Prepares weekly summary reports of warranty items using our database system
• Distributes weekly summary reports following review and approval by the Customer Service Manager
• May be asked to provide additional support to other administrative areas as required

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Self starter, with great work ethic
• Ability to collaborate in group setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, and willing to learn company systems
• Background check and drug screening required
