As a registered Intermediate and Final Stage Manufacturer with the Federal NHTSA for incomplete commercial truck chassis, we transform chassis into dependable work trucks. Role Focus

• Electrical Integration
  • Lay out component locations; route and secure wiring.
  • Assemble harnesses and install 12V electronics: lights, fuses, and controls.
  • Interface with OEM electronics via splicing or approved connectors.
• Hydraulic Systems
  • Measure, cut, and fit hydraulic hoses with correct couplers/fittings.
  • Install and commission pumps, valves, tanks, and fluid-powered attachments.
• Quality & Documentation
  • Test functionality of all installed systems.
  • Tie, shield, and protect all runs to CRE standards.
  • Read OEM/third‑party manuals and internal build docs; record all work performed.
• Safety & Throughput
  • Use PPE, submit maintenance requests, communicate hazards.
  • Manage time to meet customer-agreed deadlines; follow company policies and supervisor direction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
• Knowledge of 12-volt automotive electrical and hydraulic/fluid-control systems.
• Provide your own hand, air, and power tools.
• Open to overtime; forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Demands & Environment

• Prolonged standing, walking, and sitting.
• Manual dexterity around machinery and powered industrial equipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; operate vibrating and powered tools.
• On-site role supporting active manufacturing.
