Job Description – Prepreg Production Operator
Reports To
Production ManagerJob Summary
- The Prepreg Production Operator run machines manufacturing carbon fiber and polymer composite materials for the Aerospace Industry.
- Able to read, speak, and understand English
- Must work well in a team/group
- Able to learn tasks, follow instructions and pay attention to details.
- Good basic math skills
- Reliable, on-time attendance is required
- Must follow all training and Safety rules
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 60-pounds
- Job requires some early, late days and some Saturdays
- Must be readily able to work overtime when needed
- Must have your own car/transportation
Education and Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Military Veterans are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of equipment used to produce prepreg
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent attendance
- Standing (frequently)
