Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) - Outpatient Orthopedic & Vestibular

FYZICAL Upper Arlington is expanding into additional clinic space and scaling our team to meet the needs of our rapidly growing patient community. We’re looking for a Clinical Director who is energized by growth, passionate about clinical excellence, and committed to developing high-performing clinicians.
This is NOT a “maintain the status quo” role.

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT
As Clinical Director, you will:
Lead & Develop the Clinical Team
- Onboard, coach, and mentor PTs and PTAs
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and performance reviews
- Elevate clinical skill and patient care consistency
Drive Clinical & Operational Performance
- Maintain high patient outcomes and plan of care completion
- Ensure documentation & compliance standards
- Monitor and improve clinic KPIs:
– Schedule Efficiency
– Revenue Per Visit
– Units Per Visit
– Plan of Care Completion %
Contribute to Growth
- Support referral and community engagement
- Ensure strong patient experience and retention
- Help fill expansion space (scaling into 6,500+ sq ft)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active Ohio PT License (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years outpatient clinical experience
- Prior mentorship or leadership experience
- Strong communication and coaching ability
