Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Winesburg, OH, 44690. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. If you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, pnuematics, hydraulics, mill and lathe a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
