Assistant Infant Teacher

Job Description
As an Assistant Infant Teacher here at Kids Advancing Academy, you will help support the lead teacher in providing nurturing care, supervision, and early education for babies.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to: feeding, diapering, soothing, implementing sensory activities, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom, while fostering positive relationships with parents.
- Physical Care: Diapering, feeding, bottle preparation, and assisting with naptime routines.
- Classroom Safety & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment by disinfecting surfaces, cleaning toys, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Developmental Support: Assisting with age-appropriate activities that promote sensory, cognitive, and motor development.
- Supervision & Engagement: Actively supervising infants, ensuring their comfort, and providing emotional support.
- Communication & Documentation: Observing and recording daily routines (meals, diapering, naps) to share with parents, and assisting with developmental tracking.
