At SERVPRO Team Fosdick , we specialize in fire and water cleanup and restoration, mold remediation, and construction services. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mentor, Mansfield and Toledo areas. We are currently seeking a driven and well-versed Mitigation Operations Manager to oversee our new Mentor operation. The Mitigation Operations Manager will have full responsibilities for Mitigation services focusing on leading and communicating with teams to remain informed on job progress, documentation, budgeting, and customer experience, while proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

1. Oversee the management of the Mitigation Department, including Project Manager, Crew Chiefs, and Technicians.
2. Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the Mitigation division, overseeing financial performance, budgeting,
forecasting, and cost controls to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
3. Ensure the department is operating on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles.
4. Create a V/TO (Vision Traction Organizer) with 1 and 3-year goals that align with Company Vision
5. Lead, participate in, and ensure accountability through weekly Level 10 meetings with leadership and division teams, ensuring issues
are identified, prioritized, and resolved.
6. Oversee and support the resolution of escalated billing disputes with customers, clients, and insurers to ensure accuracy, timeliness,
and customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with Business Development to secure new business opportunities and support growth initiatives.
8. Support Business Development efforts by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and Centers of Influence (COIs) to
ensure long-term client satisfaction.
9. Partner with Division Managers and Shared Services to deliver exceptional and consistent customer experience.
10. Support safety initiatives and policy enforcement.
12. Supports recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining high-quality employees.
13. Accountable for the effective management, utilization, and protection of all Company assets, including vehicles, equipment, tools,
facilities, and physical property.
14. Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness and accountability.
15 . Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as SERVPRO standards and policies.

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to interpret financial statements, including income statements, job costing, budgeting and use of financial data to drive
operational decisions.
3. Minimum of 5 years of Mitigation management experience .
4. Proficient computer skills, including Xactimate, and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Demonstrated leadership and people-managemen t capabilities.
6. Proficiency required in problem solving, time management, and ability to prioritize and deliver goals/objectives.
