We are seeking a Facilities Manager - for Hotels. You will help plan and facilitate all maintenance for multiple properties

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all preventative maintenance and repairs for properties
• Attract and educate hotel staff and maintenance personnel
• Investigate and resolve complaints and resolve in a urgent manner
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train property staff and maintenance crew to resolve and address issues
• Enforce property and hotel brand rules and regulations
• Maintain and oversee property repairs (HVAC, Finishes, MEP Systems, Pools, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with subcontractor, contracts and vendor agreements
• Ability to build rapport with hotel staff and management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize issues as they present themselves
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computers
• Experience in training hotel staff , however address problems and repairs themselves when required
• Clean Driving Record ( Ability to operate company vehicle)
• Willing to undergo a background check and Pre-employment drug screening
