- Efficiently handle inbound service inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Engage with existing customers to discover new needs involving insurance and financial services.
- Professionally follow up and close on opportunities provided from agent and company advertising and marketing.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Currently licensed applicants preferred
- Prior State Farm experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
