ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has just opened and is currently building a strong foundation with a growing team of two. Ive been with State Farm since 2008 and bring a deep understanding of the business, having previously served as a Claim Representative and later as a Claim Team Manager. This background has shaped the way I lead - focused on problem solving, customer care, and building a strong team culture from the start.

State Farm is truly part of my family story. Im a third-generation State Farm employee, and Im proud to continue that legacy. Im also a husband and parent of two, and family is a big part of what drives the supportive environment we aim to create in our office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marcus Bradley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
