Sales Manager
Local Sales Manager – Dermamode Spa, Cincinnati, OH
Step into a leadership role at Dermamode Spa! As a Local Sales Manager, you will lead our in-spa team, drive sales of treatments and skincare products, and help clients achieve their skincare goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide the in-spa team to achieve daily sales targets
Upsell treatments, packages, and skincare products
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable feedback
Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies
Ensure smooth daily operations and effective team coordination
Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and service standards
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in any industry
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Compensation:
Base salary of $3,000 per month
