Canton Epoxy is hiring an experienced epoxy floor installer / concrete coating specialist .

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in epoxy, polyaspartic, concrete prep, and flake systems. This is not an entry-level role, and it is not for someone who wants to “learn the trade” from scratch.

We want someone who already knows how to work, move with urgency, handle tools properly, and turn out clean finished floors without constant supervision.

What we are looking for

• Experience with epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
• Strong knowledge of concrete grinding, crack repair, patching, and surface prep
• Experience with flake broadcast systems and topcoat application
• Ability to operate grinders, vacuums, and jobsite tools properly
• Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in the finished product
• Someone who can keep a clean, organized, professional jobsite
