Job Title: IT Cloud Support Specialist
Location: Remote, United States
Supporting: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) **Secret Security Clearance**

Overview

CompTech is seeking a qualified IT Cloud Support Specialist to support our customer the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering customer support services related to cloud-based application migration and the deployment of new cloud solutions.

Scope of Work

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with customers to scope and plan cloud initiatives


• Assist with the execution of cloud projects


• Research, diagnose, and report technical issues


• Consult with users to gather requirements and define solution needs


• Develop business cases to support project decisions


• Ensure adherence to information security and cybersecurity policies and best practices


• Facilitate Change Management activities


• Support configuration management processes


• Provide cloud cost analysis support to assist with cloud hosting financial planning


• Generate cloud planning estimates and forecast projected costs


• Support the EH Office by reporting, consolidating, and validating data for cloud financial reporting requirements


• Research and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to optimize and reduce cloud costs

Knowledge, Skills, and Certification Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Cloud Hosting

Certifications:

• IA Level: IAT-II One of the following:

Salary:

• $95k - $105k + Benefits, PTO, 401k
