Per Diem Family Medicine Physician (Casual Employee)

• “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• Anticipated average of 8–23 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs

Location

• Seeing patients across multiple offices in our Cleveland Market
• Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.

What you’ll be working on

• Treat patients of all ages (0+)
• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Ohio.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.

This is an hourly role with openings across clinics in Avon and Shaker Heights, OH .

The base pay range for this role is $130.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
