What You'll Do

Technical Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions for assigned technical product/platform

Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of assigned products or platforms

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Code/ configuration Review and Quality Assurance: Participate in reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices

Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions

What Experience You'll Have

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

This is a hybrid role (in Columbus Ohio office Tues-Thurs)

3 - 5 Years SAP Experience Required.

On-call will be expected for major incidents.

Skills for SAP Engineer – Knowledge of SAP MM, PM, FI/CO, Basis, GRC, ABAP

This is a service owner role accountable for the service level of SAP to NiSource.

Must be familiar with ITIL support practices (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management)

Familiar with ServiceNow

Must be a contract to hire arrangement
