We're looking for a Full-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to be the face of our client journey — someone who can combine sharp sales skills with next-level service.

Your Impact
This is a sales role, but it's also about connection, confidence, and helping people invest in their transformation. You'll lead client consultations, drive high-value purchases, and collaborate closely with expert estheticians to ensure clients feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales Supervisor

• Conduct thorough, client-focused consultations

• Consistently achieve $3,500+ in daily sales through solution-based selling

• Maintain and update client records through CRM software

• Provide a five-star experience from consultation to follow-up

Sales Manager

• Coach and lead a small team to reach individual and group sales goals

• Manage daily flow of consultations and treatment planning

• Support high-ticket closings and train team members on best practices

Compensation Package

• Base Pay: $2,500–$3,000/month

• Commission: Earn 4%–10% depending on performance

• No cold traffic — all clients are appointment-based
