Full-Time Position
Duties
The Youth Services Coordinator assists Youth Services Manager with administration and coordination of all
URS youth programs and services. Maintains childcare license compliance with Ohio Department of Job and Family
Services, Step Up to Quality, Head Start, CACFP Food Program and other funders as required. Working as part of a
multi-faceted team this candidate will coordinate programs and activities that contribute to the care and development
of youth attending URS programs and establish developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that foster
growth and physical skill development.
Qualifications
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related area or CDA and two-four years of early childhood education and supervisory experience in a Childcare setting required. Experience working with children with special needs is highly preferred. Must meet all Ohio Department of Job and Family Services License and Step Up to Quality CPL 4 Childcare requirements including but not limited to: certification in CPR, first aid, communicable diseases, and child abuse training. Strong oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Ability to work varied schedule, Monday-Friday as needed, is a must in this position.
