Customer Care Representative POST NUMBER: 479667
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support to customers by handling inbound inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry within ERP systems. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, providing excellent customer service
- Process customer orders and updates into ERP systems
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, pricing, and account information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex concerns as needed
- Maintain and update customer records, order details, and documentation
- Manage customer portals and support order-related processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Process returns, credits, and related documentation as needed
- Perform general data entry, administrative tasks, and customer follow-up
Qualifications:
- 1 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience with order entry and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
