Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Install Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing kitchen cabinets, ensuring precise fit and finish, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. A good driving record is a must. Important to have good people skills with face to face interaction with homeowner and insurance adjuster. Your expertise will help transform spaces, providing clients with beautifully finished kitchens that meet high standards of quality and durability. Responsibilities

• Measure, align, and install kitchen cabinets according to blueprints, schematics, and client specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble and secure cabinetry components
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical instructions for accurate installation
• Perform trim carpentry tasks such as door hanging, caulking, and finishing touches to ensure a polished look
• Handle heavy lifting safely while transporting and positioning cabinetry units on-site
• Conduct site inspections to verify proper fit, levelness, and alignment of installed cabinets
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of installation projects
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cabinet installation or related construction trades such as trim carpentry or framing
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
• Experience with construction estimating, remodeling, flooring installation, tile laying or electrical work is a plus
• Ability to perform moderate lifting safely and work at heights when necessary
• Familiarity with water damage restoration, mold remediation or restoration industry experience is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and aligning cabinetry components
• Valid construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards
