Position Summary

Performs cleaning tasks for assigned area, following established policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Dust mops any hard surfaces that need daily attention.
• Mops/Auto scrub when needed.
• Completes any daily planning of stripping and waxing floors.
• Shampoos carpet when needed.
• Clean all equipment used

Weekly Tasks

• Plans daily scheduled rooms for stripping and waxing floors.
• Keeps track of supplies needed for floor care, reports to manager if ordering is necessary.
• Assist with clean up from floods/water leaks.
• Communicate with Management team once a week to discuss any concerns or new business.
• LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.

Annual Task

• Complete WebEd courses and/or any required training

Requirements

• HSD or GED strongly preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Work requires physical stamina.
• Work requires attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain cleaning equipment.
