Nurse Practitioner

Beebe Healthcare is hiring an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, well-supported cancer program based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful oncology care in a system that values clinical quality, provider autonomy, and long-term retention.

This is a full-time outpatient role supporting Beebe s cancer centers in both Rehoboth Beach and at the South Coastal Cancer Center in Millville, Delaware. The South Coastal Cancer Center is a modern facility designed to support thoughtful care delivery and strong patient relationships. The Nurse Practitioner will work side by side with medical oncologists and the broader oncology team to manage direct patient care, contribute to individualized treatment planning, and support evidence-based and research-informed oncology care. This is not a task-driven or narrowly defined role. The NP is viewed as a true clinical partner with an active voice in patient management and care decisions.

Qualified candidates will have an active Nurse Practitioner license in Delaware or be eligible for licensure, a Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program, and national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Candidates should bring at least five years of clinical experience in oncology nursing or completion of a clinical preceptorship in medical oncology. Strong patient assessment skills, comfort with diagnostic interpretation, experience developing comprehensive treatment plans, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams are essential for success in this role.
