Bond Sales Trainee I - CMD
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
For the assigned business unit, Extensive in-house training throughout the Capital Markets Division (CMD). This program can range from 6 months to 1 years depending on the individuals experience and learning aptitude. Rotations in difference areas of the division my run from 1 day to 6 months or longer. Training schedules and progress discussions will be help throughout the training process Knowledge & Skills: MINIMUM: Obtain extensive knowledge about the capital markets and fixed income markets. A full understanding of a community banks balance sheet and the asset liability process. Full understanding of the CMD policies, procedures and systems, Completion of the series 7 and 63 prior to account assignments. Have a full understanding of the products and services offered through the CMD. Strong desire to be a commissioned sales representative. MINIMUM: High School Diploma or Equivalent Six months Customer Service or similar experiencePREFERRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or Finance

$43,000.00 - $82,590.00
