Responsibilities may include:

• Train and supervise clients who have developmental/ physical disabilities to acquire the skills needed to perform specific job tasks, work routines and personal life habits.
• Assist clients in performing their work responsibilities in a way that fosters independence, develop natural supports and helps to ensure retention.
• Provide daily job skills training with a focus on community employment and inclusion.
• Interact with all individuals in a way that respects the unique needs of all involved and provides meaningful outcomes.

Requirements for this position include:

• Experience within the field of special education, developmental disabilities or in a youth-centered field is preferred.
• Professional, responsible, mature, and flexible.
• Knowledge of food industry, retail, and hospitality services preferred.
• Professionally maintain daily documentation.
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
