Overnight Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable in-home care
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Provide overnight supervision and ensure the client’s safety
- Assist with toileting, repositioning, mobility, and personal care as required
- Prepare light meals or snacks when needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client
- Monitor the client throughout the overnight shift
- Document care provided and communicate any concerns or changes in condition
- Follow the client’s care plan and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from Greentree, PA
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Must be flexible with availability and willing to pick up additional shifts when needed
- Ability to pass required background checks and complete all required employment paperwork
